If you have a very old car, there's a good chance the reason the cruize isn't working is because
the rubber diaphram in the vacuum servo is rotted away. If it's a Chrysler from the late 60's
to the early 80's, I have good news for you! They are disassemblable and I have diaphrams!
The originals are very thin unreinforced rubber. Its amazing they last more than a few years, but
they are certainly not lasting more than 15, even if the car has been in storage from day 1.
The new ones are 2 layers of double knit polyester fabric reinforcing silicon rubber.
I needed to make fixtures just to make 1 for myself, so I can make more any time, but not in
hi quantities. If you can spare 50 bucks and 30 minutes, email or call me at 847 845 1767.
